Account Terms

Data and Content

You retain full ownership of all photos and content on your device. Swiper processes photos locally on your device and does not upload, store, or transmit your photos to external servers. By using our service, you grant us a license to process photos locally solely for the purpose of duplicate detection and storage optimization.

Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, text, graphics, algorithms, and software, is owned by Swiper and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the Application without our written permission.

Disclaimer

The Application is provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Swiper is not responsible for any accidental deletion of photos or data loss resulting from the use of our service.

Important: While our duplicate detection algorithms are highly accurate, we recommend backing up important photos before performing bulk deletion operations. Users are solely responsible for managing their photo libraries and ensuring they have appropriate backups.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Swiper or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application, including but not limited to loss of photos, data, storage space, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swiper, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and fees arising from your use of the Application or violation of these terms.

Termination

Swiper reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Application at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive shall continue in full force and effect.
